It was unproductive and its area was predominantly grass for cattle sown because there was milk production in the farm. After Mr. Kim&#8217;s arrival and bold vision 1 million coffee trees were planted in the area and a unique specialty coffee production structure was built. In 2017 his daughter Catarina Kim and his son-in-law Marcos Kim came to the farm to join forces with the team. With their arrival some projects could be successfully performed such as: RFA certification, Organic Coffee plantation and the production of several specialty coffee profiles due to the teamwork focused on innovative post-harvest processing.
