That is how Ari also fell in love with the handmade coffee growing. Ari fought for their region to become reference in the production of specialty coffees from the mountain. He worked day and night with this mission. He liked to closely follow the whole cycle: analysis and correction of the soil, planting of seedlings, fertilization of the crop, cleaning, fragrance of flowering, harvesting, post-harvest and grain separation.
